So as previously noted, we are continuing our poor blogging reputation. But, to get to the point, we found out on February 25th that we are having a baby BOY!!! (Hence the new background color) Everything from the ultrasound looked fine, which was a relief to us both. Kara's been feeling great, and has entered the "energy" phase of the pregnancy apparently. Tyler thinks the nesting is beginning to kick in as well.
We were lucky enough to get to see Chris, Denise, & Rachel this past weekend, unfortunately under not-so-great circumstances as Tyler's Great Grandma Mary Locke passed away. But, we all seized the opportunity to get to spend some quality time together and dream about the baby boy to come.
We've also begun to furnish the baby room with furniture and some beginnings of a wardrobe, thanks to Nana Kate. Since Aunt Aubrey will be throwing us a shower on April 12th we had to get a space ready to unload the presents.
