Beginning of Second Trimester

So, we are really bad at keeping this blog updated, and would like to extend our apologies to you all for the delay in posting a second blog, and for all the inevitable blogwriting shortcomings in the future.
January 11th, marked the ending of the first trimester, so we are more on the safe-side with each coming week. On January 2nd, Grandpa Ree, Aunt Aubrey, and cousin Ella were all in attendance to hear the first heartbeats of little baby Locke. However, I do not believe they felt the same relief and pride to hear that little ticker pumping hard and heavy in the womb as baby Locke's mom and dad. It was the first time we both got choked-up since the day we found out we were pregnant. It was a great day for us all.
